Job summary

Mingle Seasoning is seeking a Performance Content Creator to ideate, script, star in and edit content that drives engagement and conversions across social channels. You’ll work closely with the Head of Performance to craft authentic, effective campaigns that align with our bold brand voice.

In this hybrid role (3 days in office), you’ll balance creative concepting with hands-on filming and editing using Premiere Pro, CapCut, Canva and Descript.

Qualifications

• Experience creating and editing short form video content for social channels.
• Confident appearing on camera and delivering authentic, engaging content.
• Strong understanding of hooks, pacing, and audience retention.

Responsibilities

• Create content that makes people stop scrolling and take action.
• Ideate, script, shoot, star in and edit content for Meta, TikTok, email and landing pages.
• Regularly appear on camera in product demos, recipes and trends.
• Collaborate with the team to maintain Mingle's distinctive voice and style.
