McCORMACK'S 4WD is seeking a 4WD Sales Specialist to handle enquiries, prepare quotes and convert opportunities into sales. You will work with the workshop to ensure a smooth customer experience and growth in revenue.

The role requires proven sales ability, good communication, and the ability to manage multiple inquiries while maintaining accurate records and relationships with customers and suppliers.

McCORMACK'S 4WD

The 4WD Sales Specialist is responsible for selling 4WD accessories, vehicle upgrades and complete touring packages. The role involves managing customer enquiries, preparing quotes, following up sales opportunities and working with the workshop to ensure a smooth customer experience.

The main objective is to increase sales, grow revenue and deliver excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer showroom, phone, email and website sales enquiries.
• Sell 4WD accessories, touring equipment and complete vehicle packages.
• Prepare accurate quotes and follow up to convert them into sales.
• Recommend additional products where appropriate.
• Maintain good relationships with customers and suppliers.
• Check product availability and pricing with suppliers.
• Coordinate with the workshop on installations, bookings and customer requirements.
• Keep customers updated on orders, delivery times and installation progress.
• Maintain accurate customer details, quotes and sales records.
• Keep up to date with 4WD products, accessories and industry trends.
• Work towards agreed sales and profitability targets.
• Maintain a professional and positive attitude when dealing with customers and team members.

Skills & Experience

• Proven sales ability and confidence dealing with customers.
• Good communication, negotiation and follow-up skills.
• Strong organisation and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple enquiries and close sales.
• Good computer skills.
• Automotive or 4WD industry experience is an advantage, but not essential for the right salesperson.
• Current Australian driver's licence.

They must work effectively with the sales, parts and workshop teams to ensure customers receive the right products and a professional service.
