Government Recruitment Service is seeking a Lead Cyber Security Risk Manager to join the Secure by Design team. You will identify, understand and mitigate cyber-related risks and evaluate risks to critical national infrastructure and business-critical systems. Your expertise will enable stakeholders to make well-informed, risk-based decisions.

The role is based in Croydon with a permanent, full-time contract and a hybrid working pattern (2 days remote). Salary starts at £62,732 per year.

Every year our systems support up to 3 million visa applications, checks on 100 million border crossings, up to 8 million passport applications and deliver 140 million police checks on people, vehicles and property.

As a Lead Cyber Security Risk Manager in the Secure by Design team, you will identify, understand and mitigate cyber-related risks. You will evaluate the risks to our critical national infrastructure and business critical systems and use your expertise to draw on a range of evidence to proactively advise stakeholders, enabling well-informed, risk-based decision making.
