Job summary
Government Recruitment Service is seeking a Senior Outcome Technology Delivery Manager to lead cross-team delivery of technology outcomes. You will set teams up for success, represent delivery to stakeholders and suppliers, and drive governance-aligned decisions across groups.
As a senior member of the Home Office Technology Delivery community, you will share knowledge and raise standards, contributing to national security and prosperity through delivered products and services.
Responsibilities
- Lead cross-team delivery of technology outcomes and ensure alignment with strategic goals (multiple teams).
- Represent delivery of outcomes to stakeholders and suppliers, building effective governance and relationships across the organisation.
- Support the Home Office Technology Delivery community by sharing knowledge and applying best practices.

As a Senior Outcome Technology Delivery Manager, you will be accountable for the delivery of outcomes through the technology products and services delivered by multiple teams. You will set up your teams for success and represent the delivery of outcomes to stakeholders and suppliers, building successful relationships across and beyond the organisation. You will ensure that decisions across teams are made efficiently and effectively by helping teams to engage appropriately with governance.
As a senior member of the Home Office Technology Delivery community, you'll share knowledge and experience with colleagues across the department and wider Government, building skills and applying good practice and standards.
You will support the UK's security and prosperity through the products and services that you help to deliver.
Where business needs allow, some roles may be suitable for a combination of office and home-based working. Where this is the case, employees will be expected to spend a minimum of 60% of their working time in the office. Applicants can raise any queries to the email address at the bottom of the advert.
Occasional travel to other offices: There will be occasional travel to Croydon. For candidates based in Salford and Sheffield, eligible travel and subsistence expenses will be reimbursed in accordance with Home Office policy.
