Job summary

TRP Recruitment is seeking experienced high reach forklift drivers for a cold storage environment in Sydney. The role covers AM & PM shifts, with ongoing work and potential permanent placement.

You will operate high-reach forklifts in freezer and chiller zones, handling put-aways, replenishments, and bulk pallet picks while maintaining safety and accuracy. Applicants must have double deep high reach experience, be comfortable in -26°C freezer conditions and +1°C chillers, and be ready for

• Experience operating high-reach forklifts in freezer/chiller environments.
• Must have double deep high reach experience.
• Comfortable working in deep freezer (-26°C) and chilled areas (+1°C).
• Reliable, able to handle cold conditions and physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• High Reach forklift operation—put aways, replenishments, bulk pallet picks.
• Double deep high reach experience is required in handling up to seven bays high.
• Counterbalance tasks including loading/unloading.
• Work in cross-dock freezer/chiller areas and case picking with RF scanner.

Cold Storage Forklift Driver Wanted – Freezer & Chiller Work!

Are you an experienced high reach operator looking for a stable, long-term role with a company that values reliability and hard work? All clients are well known, reputable and excellent to work for!

We're searching forfreezer/chiller workerswithdouble deep high reach experience, confidently picking up toseven highin a fast-paced environment.

*** You may be required to get on and off the forklift - We need all-rounders who aren't afraid of hard work!! ***

The role involves; but will not be limited to:

• High Reach forklift operation - Put aways, Replenishments, Bulk pallet picks
• High Reach double deep experience is a MUST comfortable with 7 bays high
• Counterbalance - loading/unloading
• Freezer work (-26 degrees) Mix of Chiller (+1) and Freezer (-26)
• Working in the cross-dock chiller/freezer areas
• Case picking with RF scanner

Monday to Friday ONGOING - $43.75-$49ph + Freezer Allowance

AM Shift 4am starts $43.75ph / PM shift 12pm start $49ph
