Job summary

TRP Recruitment seeks experienced Forklift Operators for cold storage environments. You will perform high reach operations, pallet putaways and bulk picks in -27°C conditions, using RF scanners and manual handling as required.

Roles are ongoing with potential for permanent employment. Flexible shifts include AM start at 5:00am and PM start at 1:00pm, with freezer allowances and competitive hourly rates for reliable, safety‑mocused operators.

Qualifications

• Hold a valid forklift licence.
• Experience with double-deep High Reach equipment is essential.
• Comfortable operating at height and in freezer environments.
• RF scanning and picking experience is required.
• Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks.

Responsibilities

• Operate High Reach forklift for putaways, replenishments and bulk pallet picks.
• Perform double-deep High Reach operations as required.
• Handle counterbalance tasks including loading and unloading.
• Work in freezer environments down to -27°C.
• Work across cross-dock, chiller and freezer areas.
• Conduct case picking using RF scanners and utilize tugger when needed.
