TRP Recruitment is seeking experienced high reach forklift drivers for a cold storage environment in Sydney. The role covers AM & PM shifts, with ongoing work and potential permanent placement.

You will operate high-reach forklifts in freezer and chiller zones, handling put-aways, replenishments, and bulk pallet picks while maintaining safety and accuracy. Qualifications

• Experience operating high-reach forklifts in freezer/chiller environments.
• Must have double deep high reach experience.
• Comfortable working in deep freezer (-26°C) and chilled areas (+1°C).
• Reliable, able to handle cold conditions and physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• High Reach forklift operation—put aways, replenishments, bulk pallet picks.
• Double deep high reach experience is required in handling up to seven bays high.
• Counterbalance tasks including loading/unloading.
• Work in cross-dock freezer/chiller areas and case picking with RF scanner.
