Job summary

CBCity in Sydney, NSW, is hiring a 3–8 tonne truck driver-labourer for a permanent full-time role at the Roselands depot. You will operate the truck, tow a trailer, and assist with labouring tasks as needed, with duties rotating across worksites.

The role requires a Class C licence with MR/HR endorsements, a White Card, and experience in road construction and maintenance. The position offers competitive salary with allowances and superannuation, based in a council environment.

Qualifications

• Current Class C licence with MR/HR endorsements.
• Current SafeWork NSW White Card.
• Experience in road construction, asphalt and maintenance operations.
• Experience with concrete finishing and truck driving.
• Current Traffic Control tickets are highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Operate the 3–8 tonne truck and tow a trailer to/from worksites.
• Operate the Hiab crane when required.
• Complete a Daily Checklist and perform basic truck maintenance.
• Prepare and implement programmed works for the team; assist with labouring when the truck is idle.
