Job summary

Atom Resources is seeking a Truck Driver/Labourer for a major civil infrastructure project in Bathurst. The role involves hands-on trench work on-site, operating flat bed and tipper trucks, and performing civil labour tasks across roads and drainage projects.

We offer above award pay rates of $40–$42 per hour, plus a $22 travel allowance per day and penalties on overtime. Expect 50+ hours per week with opportunities for progression in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in a civil labouring position.
• Confident truck driver with a HR license.
• Willingness to work on the ground and drive a truck.
• If you are looking to drive a truck all day this is not the position for you - it's hands on in the trench.

Responsibilities

• Driving flat bed and tipper trucks to move materials around site
• Daily pre start checks and following safety procedures
• Civil labouring for roads, drainage and general civil works
• General site labour setting up signage and spotting machines
