Job summary

High Calibre Earthworks is looking for an experienced equipment operator to work across Brisbane and surrounding areas. You will primarily operate a 2T mini excavator and a Bobcat/skid steer, performing earthworks and excavation tasks.

The role involves occasional ground-work assistance within scope and requires a safety-first mindset, reliable transport, and the ability to work independently in residential and commercial environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year practical operating experience.
• Excavator ticket required.
• Construction White Card required.
• Reliable transport to work.
• Good understanding of safe machine operation and site procedures.
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility for machinery and equipment.
• Reliable, punctual, and take pride in your work.
• Comfortable operating in tighter residential and commercial environments.

Job description

You'll primarily operate a 2T mini excavator and Bobcat/skid steer combo, working across a variety of earthworks and excavation jobs throughout Brisbane and surrounding areas. This is primarily an operator role. On the odd occasion, you must be willing to get out of the cab and assist with ground work when required within the scope of works.
