ConnectSydney in Rockdale, NSW, is seeking a Customer & Operations Centre Operator for a full-time role operating from our 24/7 Control Room. You will monitor calls, faults and incidents across the Harbour Zone, coordinating responses and ensuring safe, efficient outcomes on a rotating 12-hour shift pattern.

The role requires experience in traffic management or control room environments, strong communication, and solid MS Office skills.

Qualificações

• Experience in a similar traffic management or control room environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong computer literacy, including MS Office suite.
• Good attention to detail and ability to stay composed under pressure.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making and conflict-resolution skills.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and respond to calls, faults and incidents across SRAPC Harbour Zone Network from a 24/7 Control Room.
• Organise and dispatch resources to attend faults and unplanned incidents.
• Report and document all incidents, complaints and inquiries using the ConnectSydney Job Management System.
• Provide professional service to customers via phone and email promptly and accurately.
• Coordinate with multiple parties to resolve incidents and document details.
