EXEC Security in Victoria is seeking Security Operations Centre Operators to join our 24/7 monitoring team. You will manage alarm monitoring, respond to incidents, coordinate client requests, and use CCTV and building management systems in a fast-paced environment.

We value strong customer service, clear communication, and a team mindset. A VIC Security Licence (Monitoring Centre subactivity) and Working With Children Check are required; experience with Patriot or TrackTik is desirable.

• Manage alarm monitoring, incident responses, and coordinate client requests.
• Utilise CCTV, alarm systems, and building management systems effectively.
• Decision-making based on established protocols during varied situations.
• Coordinate security services, including dispatching and liaison with teams.
• Commit to ongoing professional development to stay abreast of industry standards.
