Job summary

The Star Gold Coast is seeking a Service Operations Analyst to monitor and maintain the performance and reliability of IT services across the property. You will play a frontline role in a 24/7 operation, resolving incidents and delivering seamless technology experiences for staff and guests.

Ideal candidates will have experience supporting desktop and server environments, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and exposure to enterprise systems such as hotel or POS platforms.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting desktop and server environments in a fast-paced IT setting.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• IT experience with exposure to enterprise systems such as hotel or POS platforms (highly regarded).
• IT-related qualifications are highly regarded.
• Flexible availability to work a 24/7 roster including nights, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Monitor IT services across The Star Gold Coast to ensure performance, availability and reliability.
• Resolve incidents to maintain seamless technology experiences for team members and guests.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to support desktop/server environments and enterprise systems.
• Provide timely technical decisions and guidance in high-pressure situations.
