Amazon Corporate Services Pty Ltd in Melbourne seeks a Facilities Operations Centre (FOC) leader to oversee a brand-new 24x7 data centre operations centre. You will translate real-time data into decisive action, ensuring seamless service and proactive incident prevention.

You will monitor the facilities infrastructure, coordinate cross-team responses, and drive continuous improvement through post-incident analyses and refined escalation protocols.

Formación

• High school or equivalent diploma.
• 1+ years of construction or project management, or 1+ years of electrical or mechanical engineering experience.
• 2+ years of data center engineering or operations.

Responsabilidades

• Be the operational heartbeat of our data centre infrastructure, transforming real-time data into decisive actions.
• Monitor the full facilities infrastructure platform and coordinate escalation for incidents in a 24x7 environment.
• Contribute to outage post-mortem analyses and develop robust communication and escalation protocols.
