TeamKids in NSW West is seeking energetic and passionate Educators for Outside of School Hours Care (OSHC) on a permanent part-time basis. You will help provide care for primary school aged children at several NSW West services, with a guaranteed minimum set of hours and additional casual shifts.

As a valued team member you will help plan engaging activities, ensure children’s safety and wellbeing, and foster a welcoming environment. WWCC and ACECQA qualifications are required or in progress.

Qualifications

• Working with Children Check relevant to your state (WWCC, WWVP, Blue card, VIT)
• Cert III or Diploma in ACECQA approved course (or be working towards it)
• Mandatory National Child Safety Training through Geccko prior to commencing employment with TeamKids

We're on the lookout for energetic and passionate Educators on a permanent part time basis to join our Outside of School Hours Care (OSHC) crew in NSW West.

Location: Gregory Hills, Mount Annan, Gledswood Hills, Spring Farm

You will be guaranteed a minimum set of hours per week on a regular, permanent basis WITH more shifts casually available:

After School Care - various contracted hours for each service available.

• Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of the children in our care
• Assist in the planning and preparation of exciting and innovative activities that enrich the lives of the children in our care

• Play and have FUN with primary school aged children

About You

• Ideally has previous experience working in Before and After School Care or education, but this is by no means essential -we can help you grow your skills!
• Passionate working with children and seeing them thrive
• Is involved, fun, a team player and ready to jump in
• Confident communicator with children, parents and colleagues

You’ll need (or be willing to get):

• Working with Children Check that is relevant to your state (WWCC,WWVP, Blue card, VIT)
• Has a Cert III or Diploma in an ACECQA approved course (or be working towards it) - Visit acecqa.gov.au to learn more about approved qualifications
• As part of TeamKids’ commitment to child safety, all successful candidates are required to complete mandatory National Child Safety Trainingthrough Geccko prior to commencing employment with TeamKids.
