Job summary

Network Technologies Queensland in Brendale is seeking a Service Desk Technician (Level 1) to join our Service Desk team and deliver 1st line IT support to clients across diverse industries.

Ideally you have up to 6 months experience, strong communication and documentation skills, and a proactive, team-based approach. The role covers desktop, server, IP PBX, Office 365 and network support with both remote and on-site assistance.

Qualifications

• 6 months work experience in a similar position.
• Experience with MSP support is highly regarded.
• Strong communication (verbal and written) and documentation skills.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritise and problem solve.
• Solid work ethic and willingness to learn and develop.
• Driver's license is required.

Responsibilities

• Installing, supporting and maintaining desktops, notebooks and mobile devices.
• Installing, supporting and maintaining server hardware and software infrastructure.
• Installing, supporting and maintaining IP PBX systems and handsets.
• Providing remote and onsite support.
• Identifying components, hardware and software for clients.
• Preparing documentation and progress reports for customers.
• Other projects and duties as assigned.
