Job summary

4WD Supacentre in Melbourne is seeking a Store Manager to lead a high-performing crew and drive store performance. You will manage the showroom and warehouse, deliver outstanding customer experiences and achieve strong commercial results.

You will work with the leadership team to build momentum, translate discounts into floor results and maintain showroom standards while ensuring safety and profitability. A passion for outdoor gear helps you connect with customers and crew.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail FMCG, outdoor, automotive, camping, recreational, hardware or large-format retail is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Managing the overall P&L and driving results based on daily, weekly and monthly KPIs.
• Driving upsells, sales per hour, average order value, conversion rates plus click & collect, returns, store hygiene, standards and compliance.
• Disciplined monitoring of key performance metrics throughout the day with your crew.
• Leading, coaching and developing a high-performing crew.
• Creating a culture focused on customer experience and results.
• Identifying growth opportunities through social media campaigns to drive foot traffic.
• Maintaining showroom standards, visual and merchandise presentation.
• Ensuring your store operates safely, efficiently and profitably.

As Store Manager, you'll be responsible for the overall success of your store both in the showroom and warehouse.

You’ll work closely with your leadership team to create momentum, deliver outstanding customer experiences and achieve strong commercial results.

Your Mission

You'll be responsible for:

• You’re passionate about hunting down the best discounts in our categories – and we have them, every day!
• Lead with energy, positivity and accountability and can talk from the head and heart about our products and experiences with our customers.
• You're not only commercially minded but you’re naturally highly competitive because the name of your store at top of the national ladder every week and month is in your DNA.

Experience in retail FMCG, outdoor, automotive, camping, recreational, hardware or large-format retail is preferred.
