Job summary

Labourpower Recruitment Services is seeking Production Assembly Workers and Forklift Operators to join a leading manufacturer of cooling towers on the Central Coast.

Availability to work 5 days per week is essential, with strong attendance and punctuality required. Duties include assembling parts, operating tools and machinery, reading drawings, and maintaining a safe workplace while wearing PPE. Training and on-site guidance provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 months solid experience in a similar position.
• Sound knowledge and experience with hand and power tools.
• Must be able to complete a pre-employment fitness and drug/alcohol screen at interview in Tuggerah.
• Must have own car and valid licence and able to get to Somersby daily.
• Strong understanding of Workplace Health & Safety.

Labourpower Recruitment Services is seeking Production Assembly Workers and Forklift Operators to join our client, a leading manufacturer of cooling towers and innovative cooling technology solutions, based on the Central Coast.

Availability to work 5 days per week is essential, and excellent attendance and punctuality are a major priority for this position.

Duties for the role will include but are not limited to:

• Assembly of parts
• Use of hand and power tools
• Operating machinery
• Reading and interpreting engineering drawings
• Manual handling of materials
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
• Correctly wearing all appropriate PPE

To be suitable you MUST meet the below criteria:

• Minimum 2 months solid experience working in a similar position
• Sound knowledge and experience with hand and power tools
• Must be able to complete a pre-employment fitness and drug/alcohol screen-er (this will be required at interview stage in our office in Tuggerah)
• Must have own car and valid licence and able to get to the area of Somersby on a daily basis.
• A strong understanding of Workplace Health & Safety
