Job summary

Omni Recruit in Pemulwuy, NSW, is seeking Production Assembly Operators for a 4-day week: Monday to Thursday, 6:30am–4:00pm. Fridays off and overtime potential available. This casual, hands-on role involves assembling gaming equipment in a modern facility and long-term career opportunities.

You will learn everything through full training, read technical drawings, and work with a collaborative team to meet daily targets in a safe manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Previous assembly, manufacturing or production experience.

• Good attention to detail and reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

Imagine working Monday to Thursday, finishing at 4:00pm, and having every Friday, Saturday and Sunday to yourself.

We're looking for hands-on Production Assembly Operators to join a leading manufacturer of gaming technology in Pemulwuy.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys building, assembling and working with their hands and wants to be part of a modern manufacturing environment with long-term career potential.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

You’ll be part of a production team responsible for assembling high-quality gaming equipment.

Your day will involve:

• Assembling components using hand and power tools
• Reading job sheets, work instructions and technical drawings
• Completing quality checks throughout the assembly process
• Handling components and materials weighing approximately 5–15kg
• Working towards daily production targets
• Working closely with the wider production team
• Assisting with overtime during busy production periods when required

This is a hands-on role where attention to detail really matters.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We're looking for people who are reliable, practical and keen to learn.

You don't need to be an electronics expert — full training is provided.

You’ll ideally have:

• Previous assembly, manufacturing or production experience
• Confidence using hand and power tools
• Good attention to detail
• Ability to follow written instructions and technical drawings
• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work as part of a team

Experience in any of the following is a bonus:

• Electronics assembly
• Mechanical assembly
• Workshop or trade environments
• Manufacturing or production
• Working from technical drawings
