VOITH Ges.m.b.H. & Co. in Traun sucht engagierte Fachkräfte für die Produktionsplanung und Auftragsabwicklung.

Sie arbeiten eng mit Engineering, Produktion und Einkauf zusammen, bereiten Aufträge technisch vor, planen Arbeitsabläufe und pflegen Stammdaten. Sie übernehmen die Terminplanung der Produktionsaufträge unter Berücksichtigung der Kapazitäten, überwachen geplante Aufträge und stellen Ressourcen rechtzeitig bereit.

Qualifications

• Technische Ausbildung (Lehre, HTL oder Uni) abgeschlossen.
• Teamplayer mit lösungsorientierter Vorgehensweise.
• Gute MS-Office- und ERP-Kenntnisse.
• Lesen/Interpretieren von Fertigungszeichnungen.
• Lean-Management- und REFA-Kenntnisse wünschenswert.

Responsibilities

• Aktive Mitarbeit in der Auftragsabwicklung.
• Zusammenarbeit mit Engineering, Produktion und Einkauf.
• Technische Auftragsvorbereitung, Arbeitsplanung und Stammdatenpflege.
• Terminplanung von Produktionsaufträgen unter Beachtung der Kapazitäten.
• Überwachung geplanter Aufträge auf Terminabweichungen.
• Bereitstellung von Produktionsressourcen und Abstimmung der Auftragsabwicklung.
• Fortlaufende Verbesserung von Produktion, Planung und Kapazitätsplanung.

YOUR TASKS

• Active collaboration in order processing
• Close cross-departmental cooperation with Engineering, Production and Purchasing
• Technical order preparation, work process planning and master data maintenance
• Scheduling of production orders in consideration of production capacities
• Monitoring of planned orders for schedule deviations
• Timely provision of production resources and coordination of contract processing
• Continuous further development of production, scheduling and capacity planning

• Completed training in the technical field
  (apprenticeship, technical college, HTL, degree course)
• Communicative team player with a solution-oriented approach and strong implementation skills
• Good knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems
• Reading and interpreting production drawings
• Knowledge of lean management and REFA desirable
• Hands-on mentality as well as very good self-management and a high level of commitment

For this position, remuneration starts at a salary of €3,200 gross/month for full-time and permanent employment (KV metalworking industry). Depending on your qualifications and experience, overpayment is foreseen.
