HELDECO CAD/CAM Fertigungstechnik GmbH is seeking a Production worker to contribute to high-precision manufacturing of heavy components for international clients. You will deburr, grind, finish, locksmith and machine parts while ensuring quality and efficiency on a 38.5-hour week in a two-shift system.

The role emphasizes careful, independent work, teamwork, and a readiness to operate cranes and forklifts as qualified.

Qualifikationen

• Interest in metal and comfortable handling it.
• Experience in metalworking or production helpful.
• Careful, precise, and independent work ethic.
• Strong teamwork, reliability and quality awareness.
• Forklift license advantageous (can be obtained later).
• Willingness to work a 2-shift system (38.5-hour week).

Remuneration

Remuneration is paid in accordance with the collective agreement for the metalworking industry. Depending on qualifications, professional experience and field of deployment, significant overpayment of the collective agreement minimum wage is naturally possible.
