Your Tasks

• Training apprentices in the field of electrical engineering and/or automation technology
• Teaching theoretical knowledge and practical skills in accordance with the electrical engineering job description
• Training planning, documentation and assessment
• Assistance with the selection of new apprentices
• Close cooperation with the internal specialist departments
• Active collaboration in the manufacture of our products
• Accompanying and supporting apprentices in electrical production work (from completion to commissioning)
• Ensuring employee protection and compliance with all safety regulations; fulfilling the role model function towards young people and employees
• Completed training in the electrical sector is required
• Educational experience in dealing with young people desirable
• Experience in apprenticeship training or in the further training of specialists is an advantage
• Willingness for further development and training
• Enjoy passing on knowledge and skills
• Commitment, patience and enjoyment of working with young people
• Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills

Salary

The salary for this position is from €3,202.68 gross/month for full-time and permanent employment (KV metalworking industry). Depending on your qualifications and experience, overpayment is foreseen.
