Your tasks

• Independent takeover of mainly 2nd level support as well as partly 1st level support
• Independent troubleshooting together with the staff on site (customer/company employees) using remote maintenance tools and common means of communication (e.g. telephone, teams, …)
• Advisory function in technical matters (e.g. crane drives-frequency inverters, PLC controls, …)
• Occasional training of our customers (operation of crane systems, electrical maintenance training) possible
• Documentation of support activities, data backup and archiving of plant data

Qualifications

• Completed technical training in the field of electrical engineering, automation technology or comparable training
• Professional experience in a comparable position or commissioning automated machines
• Routine in handling common IT systems (MS-Windows, MS-Office, ERP knowledge advantageous, Siemens S7 TIA Portal)
• Willingness to travel for on-site troubleshooting (10%)
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
• Class B driver’s license

Salary

The salary for this position is € 2.750,- gross/month for full‑time and permanent employment (KV metalworking industry). Depending on your qualifications and experience, overpayment is foreseen.
