Job summary

Tupack Group is seeking a technically skilled production teammate to operate modern facilities in Vienna. You will set up machines, perform quality checks, and adjust settings to ensure optimal output.

The role requires a technical apprenticeship and hands-on experience with measurement and testing procedures, with a strong focus on quality and teamwork, including shift work.

Qualifications

• Completed a technical apprenticeship in a relevant field (machine fitter, mechatronics, plastics, precision engineering or similar).
• Experience using measurement and testing procedures.
• Strong technical understanding and manual dexterity.
• Commitment to quality and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Independently operate modern production facilities and set up machines per specifications.
• Carry out quality control checks and adjust machine settings as needed.
• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance work.
• Document deviations and adjustments identified during production.

Job description

• Independently operating our modern production facilities
• Setting up the machines in accordance with production specifications
• Carrying out quality control checks on the results and, where necessary, adjusting the machine settings
• Carrying out scheduled and unscheduled maintenance work
• Documenting any deviations identified and adjustments made
• You have completed a technical apprenticeship as a machine fitter, mechatronics technician, plastics technician, precision engineer, general mechanic, motor vehicle mechanic or similar
• You have experience in using measurement and testing procedures
• You have a strong technical understanding and manual dexterity
• You have a strong commitment to quality
• You are a team player and enjoy working successfully alongside your colleagues
• You are willing to work shifts (early, late and night shifts)
