Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field; 5+ years experience, or Master’s with 3+ years.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, and technical presentation skills.
• Proficient in 3D CAD tools CREO, Siemens NX, ProE, SolidWorks.
• Hands-on experimental and design background with solid engineering skills.

Aufgaben

• Lead wet chemical process hardware development from concept through productization, including chamber design, prototyping and validation.
• Design and integrate fluid delivery, recirculation, drainage and spray systems for high‑performance wet processing applications.
• Develop PnIDs, chamber layouts and flow concepts to ensure uniform chemical distribution, thermal stability and process performance.
• Select materials and components with focus on chemical compatibility, corrosion resistance and long‑term reliability.
• Define requirements, perform engineering analyses and execute testing to validate chamber, fluidic and thermal performance.
• Generate technical documentation, FMEA and specifications to deliver safe, manufacturable and cost‑effective solutions.
• Collaborate with suppliers and cross‑functional teams while providing technical leadership and mentorship in wet process hardware and chamber design.
