• Master’s degree in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry or Physics with 3+ years of experience; or a PhD with no professional experience; or equivalent experience in electrochemical metal deposition and/or modification.
• Strong English communication, structured and organized working style, and ability to work cross-functionally.

Aufgaben

• Conduct process engineering R&D and evaluation for Lam’s semiconductor equipment.
• Review and enhance processing techniques for manufacture and fabrication of products.
• Develop and sustain new processes and improvements to reduce costs and increase yields.
• Analyze test data to define next steps and set process specifications.
• Collaborate to plan data, analyze results, and report customer demos.
• Provide guidance to process technicians and support product development activities.
