Lam Research Corporation seeks a Fluid Engineer (Mechanical Engineer) to lead design of advanced fluidic and mechanical systems for semiconductor equipment. You will guide feasibility studies, testing, and detailed design, shaping packaging and integration for manufacturability.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in mechanical engineering, strong CAD skills, and hands-on experimental background. The role offers hybrid work options within Austria.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering with 5+ years of experience or Master’s with 3+ years.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and technical presentation skills.
• Proficient in 3D CAD tools including CREO, NX, ProE, SolidWorks.

Aufgaben

• Lead fluidic and mechanical system development from concept to productization.
• Design and integrate gas and liquid delivery systems for high-purity applications.
• Develop PnIDs, schematics, and layouts for manufacturable systems.
• Perform flow, pressure, thermal, and structural analyses and testing.
• Create documentation, FMEA and specifications for safe, cost-effective solutions.
• Collaborate with suppliers and cross-functional teams, providing technical mentorship.
