Qualifikationen

• Ph.D./MA degree in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry or Physics.
• 8–10 years of experience as a Process Engineer in the semiconductor industry, preferably with clean/wet etch experience.
• Familiarity with working in a chemical laboratory.
• Experience in surface preparation and analytical techniques.
• In‑depth understanding and working knowledge of SPC and/or DOE.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities.
• Excellent people skills with ability to work with diverse teams and partners.
• Collaboration/matrix environment mindset.

Aufgaben

• Perform professional process engineering research, development, and evaluation for semiconductor capital equipment.
• Review processing techniques from pilot plant to full‑scale manufacturing.
• Conceive and plan projects with new concepts and approaches in processing.
• Compile and evaluate test data to set process specifications.
• Support customer demos and data collection for demonstration of process applications.
• Drive adoption of new technology at the customer site via demos and tool qualifications.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to understand roadmaps, requirements, and business issues.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure parts and supplies availability.
• Contribute to product development and release activities.
• May act as CTM—single point of contact for process‑related requests.
