Qualifikationen

• MSc or PhD with semiconductor wet process experience.
• Experience with chemical labs, surface prep and analytical techniques.
• Strong knowledge of SPC and DOE in manufacturing.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Aufgaben

• Perform professional process engineering research, development and evaluation in semiconductor environment.
• Review processing techniques and methods applied in the manufacture, fabrication and evaluation of products including in-house lab demonstrations.
• Conceive and plan projects involving definition and selection of new concepts and approaches.
• Work with customer and senior engineers cross-functionally to understand roadmaps, process flow, inflection points, requirements and business issues/challenges.
• Act as customer technology manager in the planning, data collection, analysis and reporting.
• Act as single point of contact accountable for process-related customer requests.
• Drive introduction and evaluation of new technologies at customer sites including new tool qualifications.
• Support cross-functional teams with information and results.
• Travel flexibility to meet business requirements.
