Tieto Tech Consulting is seeking a Web Accessibility Tester to help make websites and mobile apps more accessible, intuitive, and inclusive. You will work with international project teams to translate accessibility requirements into practical improvements.

You will audit, report on findings, and advise on technical solutions, collaborating from concept to implementation. Proficiency in German and English, and a meticulous, proactive mindset, are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Experience with accessibility testing, including screen readers, browser-based testing or auditing tools and building accessible websites, apps or documents.
• Hands-on experience with assistive technologies such as screen readers.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards such as WCAG, EN 301 549 or PDF/UA.
• Hands-on experience with HTML5, CSS3 or JavaScript.
• Interest in user experience and usability.
• Professional working proficiency in German and English.
• A precise, structured and reliable way of working.
• Curiosity, open mindset and initiative to drive improvements.

As a Web Accessibility Tester at Tieto Tech Consulting, you help make websites and mobile applications more accessible, intuitive and inclusive. You combine technical testing with practical consulting and work closely with international project teams to turn accessibility requirements into better digital experiences.

The monthly gross salary for this position will start from € 3.954,00 (based on IT collective agreement, ST1 Regelstufe) on a full-time basis, depending on your qualifications and experience. Our aim is to provide you with a salary package that is both competitive and reflective of your relevant experience, while also aligning with current market standards.
