Tieto Tech Consulting is hiring a Web Accessibility Tester to audit websites and apps for accessibility, translate findings into actionable reports, and advise teams on practical solutions for inclusive digital experiences.

You will collaborate with local and international teams, contribute to future projects, and help strengthen our accessibility practice across the DACH region.

Qualifikationen

• Experience with accessibility testing, e.g., screen readers, browser-based testing or auditing tools.
• Hands-on experience with assistive technologies, such as screen readers.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards such as WCAG, EN 301 549 or PDF/UA.
• Hands-on experience with HTML5, CSS3 or JavaScript.
• Professional working proficiency in German and English, enabling you to communicate with customers and project teams.
• A precise, structured and reliable way of working.
• Curiosity, an open mindset and the initiative to question existing approaches and drive improvements.

When joining Tieto Tech Consulting as a Web Accessibility Tester, you

Who We Are Looking For

• Experience with accessibility testing, for example screen readers, browser-based testing or auditing tools as well as developing accessible websites, apps or documents
• Hands-on experience with assistive technologies, such as screen readers
• Knowledge of accessibility standards such as WCAG, EN 301 549 or PDF/UA
• Hands-on experience with HTML5, CSS3 or JavaScript
• Interest in user experience and usability
• Professional working proficiency in German and English, enabling you to confidently communicate with customers and project teams

The monthly gross salary for this position will start from € 3.954,00 (based on IT collective agreement, ST1 Regelstufe) on a full-time basis, depending on your qualifications and experience. Our aim is to provide you with a salary package that is both competitive and reflective of your relevant experience, while also aligning with current market standards.
