Tieto Tech Consulting is seeking a (Senior) Fullstack Developer to design, build and own end-to-end digital solutions across frontend and backend. You will work directly with customers, shaping architectures and delivery, and contribute to cloud-native web solutions on hyperscaler platforms such as Azure.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of experience as Fullstack Developer.
• Strong frontend (React and/or Angular) and backend (Java and/or C#) skills.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices, databases, and cloud services.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployment workflows.
• Very good German and English skills.
• Customer-oriented mindset and strong communication.

As a (Senior) Fullstack Developer, you will take ownership of technical solutions from concept to production, actively contributing to architecture, technology choices, and implementation quality. You will work closely with customers and interdisciplinary teams, contribute to technical decision-making, and ensure high-quality delivery across both frontend and backend.

Who We Are Looking For

• 4+ years of experience as Fullstack Developer
• Strong proficiency both in frontend (React and/or Angular) and backend technologies (Java and/or C#)
• Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices as well as with databases and cloud services
• Experience in the use of AI-assisted development tools and methodologies (e.g., GitHub Copilot, coding agents / agentic coding) to enhance development productivity and code quality, as well as to support documentation, testing, and problem-solving activities
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud-based deployment workflows
• Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset
• A curious mindset and willingness to learn and share knowledge
• Very good German and English skills

The annual gross salary for this position will start from € 55.000,00 on a full-time basis, depending on your qualifications and experience. Our aim is to provide you with a salary package that is both competitive and reflective of your relevant experience, while also aligning with current market standards.
