Nuki Home Solutions GmbH is seeking an Orders and Returns Operator to efficiently manage orders, returns, and Amazon shipments while coordinating with logistics partners. You will resolve delays, handle tickets with the support team, and contribute to optimising marketplace operations.

You should have at least two years in returns or inventory roles, plus a logistics-focused education. German and English skills are essential in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

As an Orders and Returns Operator (f/m/d), you are a core member of our fulfillment team, keeping our entire flow of goods running smoothly. In this role, you handle support tickets, monitor customer orders, and manage Amazon shipments and returns. You communicate directly with logistics partners, challenge existing processes, and take ownership of transport coordination. This will give you the chance to actively shape the future of Nuki.

Your Role .

• You keep track of all orders and proactively step in to resolve delays or discrepancies with our partners, ensuring everything arrives on time.
• You handle support tickets independently and work closely with our Customer Support team to deliver fast, accurate solutions.
• You coordinate the operational preparation and follow-up for Amazon shipments, manage Amazon returns, and collaborate with the Sales and Finance team to optimize our marketplace operations.
• You support our transport logistics by scheduling shipments and steering our logistics partners.
• You take a critical look at existing processes, identify bottlenecks, and bring new ideas to the table.

Job Requirements .

• You have at least two years of practical experience in returns handling or inventory management.
• Ideally, you have completed vocational training, an apprenticeship, or a degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
• You are comfortable taking ownership and making decisions together with your team lead.
• You are a strong communicator who stays focused on what matters, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and goes the extra mile.
• You work in a structured, independent manner.
• You have very good German and English skills.

For the advertised position, a minimum salary of € 2,547.00 gross per month applies according to the collective agreement (no all-in). Willingness to significantly overpay if you have the appropriate qualifications. This position is open for applications in Graz.
