Nuki Home Solutions GmbH in Graz seeks a Supplier Quality Engineer to own quality assurance across the supply chain. You will work with suppliers to ensure material availability and uphold high quality standards across R&D and production projects.

The role requires at least 2 years of experience, fluent German and English, and a readiness to travel about 20%. The company supports flexible hours, remote work up to three days per week, and a range of wellness and growth benefits.

Aufgaben

• Guide suppliers through the industrialization process up to PPAP release and production sign-offs for assembly lines.
• Define tailored quality requirements and implement them within development projects.
• Drive continuous quality improvements for individual components and full assemblies.
• Evaluate development, manufacturing, and testing processes of mechatronic assemblies.
• Coordinate root-cause analyses and collaborate with suppliers for corrective actions.
• Develop existing suppliers with focus on component- and product-related quality standards.
• Analyze field return claims and contribute to internal failure analyses.
• Support additional projects within the industrialization team as needed.

As a Supplier Quality Engineer (f/m/d) at Nuki, you will take ownership of quality assurance across our supply chain. Working closely with our component suppliers, you will ensure seamless material availability. Your strong communication skills and unyielding quality standards will drive smooth execution across our R&D projects and production operations. This will give you the chance to actively shape the future of Nuki.

Your Role .

• You guide our suppliers through the industrialization process up to PPAP release and production sign-offs for assembly lines.
• You define tailored quality requirements and implement them within development projects.
• You actively drive continuous quality improvements for individual components and full assemblies.
• You evaluate the development, manufacturing, and testing processes of our mechatronic assemblies.
• You coordinate root-cause analyses and collaborate with suppliers to establish sustainable corrective actions.
• You develop existing suppliers with a clear focus on component- and product-related quality standards.
• You analyze field return claims and actively contribute to internal failure analyses.
• You support additional projects within the industrialization team as needed.

Job Requirements .

• You hold a degree or higher technical education (HTL/University/FH) in Mechanical, Electrical, or Production Engineering (or a related field) and bring at least 2 years of relevant professional experience.
• You are passionate about production and quality management.
• You convince with a confident, results-driven mindset, take full ownership, and are willing to go the extra mile.
• You possess very good written and spoken German and English skills.
• You bring a willingness to travel (approx. 20%).

For the advertised position, a minimum salary of € 3,267.00 gross per month applies according to the collective agreement (no all-in). Willingness to significantly overpay if you have the appropriate qualifications. This position is open for applications in Graz.
