JBS Australia is seeking an experienced Trim Management System (TMS) Manager for the Dinmore Plant. You will lead fabrication operations across conveyors, chutes, bins, blow lines and related equipment, ensuring safety, quality and efficiency.

You will coordinate welding, machining and stainless-steel fabrication and work with Production and Engineering to plan maintenance and improvements. This role reports to the Assistant Plant Manager and focuses on maintaining fabrication quality,

JBS Dinmore is currently seeking an experienced Trim Management System (TMS) Manager to join our Dinmore Plant. Reporting to the Assistant Plant Manager, you will lead and coordinate fabrication activities across the site's Trim Management System, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and to the required quality, food safety and compliance standards. This role oversees fabrication operations involving conveyors, chutes, bins, blow lines, screw conveyors, trim tables and associated equipment, while managing workshop activities including welding, machining, forming and stainless‑steel fabrication.

You will work closely with Production and Engineering teams to plan and deliver maintenance activities, shutdowns and equipment upgrades, while supporting continuous improvement initiatives and minor capital projects. The role also involves reviewing technical drawings and documentation, maintaining fabrication quality standards, supporting root cause investigations and implementing corrective actions to improve equipment reliability and minimise operational downtime.
