Zusammenfassung

M2P is seeking an IT Lead to own the IT & Systems function at our Spring Hill head office, driving enhancements to IFS and its integration with HRIS and shop-floor software.

You will lead a small internal team, work with MSPs and external vendors, and report to the CFO to deliver scalable, efficient systems across the business.

Qualifikationen

• Experience with Tier 1 enterprise systems (IFS, Oracle, SAP, Maximo).
• Proven project management experience on large-scale systems implementations.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 including SharePoint.
• Experience managing server infrastructure on Azure, AWS or similar platforms.
• Ability to manage stakeholder expectations and deliver project outcomes.
• Vision to shape AI use across the organisation for automation.
• Experience leading a small team and managing MSPs.

Your opportunity

As our IT Lead, you'll play a crucial role in enhancing our Tier 1 enterprise system (IFS) and integrating it with our HRIS and fabrication (shop-floor) software. This role is central to our growth, and to delivering on our promise: “Engineering. The Way it Should Be.”

Based at our new Spring Hill head office and reporting to our Chief Financial Officer, you'll own the IT & Systems function for the whole business. You'll draw on your expertise in EAM and complex financial software systems, and your project management know-how, to drive system enhancements that lift operational efficiency across the business.

You'll lead a small internal team, work alongside our Managed Service Providers, and enjoy being surrounded by reliable, innovative colleagues who back each other and strive for excellence.

You'll make an impact by

• Overseeing the enhancement and integration of software across M2P Engineering
• Leading systems projects, including the enhancement of IFS
• Providing technical guidance and leadership, including proper documentation of infrastructure, configurations and processes
• Managing stakeholder expectations and keeping projects aligned with business goals
• Engaging with vendors for hardware, software and services
• Driving IT innovation and efficiency through effective project management and delivery
• Creating a long-term roadmap for the business's technology needs; raising the standard, and making every project better than the last

What you'll bring

To succeed in this role, you will have:

• Experience with Tier 1 enterprise systems (IFS, Oracle, SAP, Maximo), IFS preferred
• Demonstrated project management experience on large-scale systems implementations
• Expertise in Microsoft 365, including SharePoint
• Experience managing server infrastructure on Azure, AWS or similar platforms
• Proven ability to manage stakeholder expectations and deliver project outcomes
• The vision to shape how AI is used across the organisation to deliver automation
• Experience leading a small team and managing Managed Service Providers

Ideally, you'll also have:

• A good understanding of finance principles and API integration
• Experience in the construction, civil or mechanical engineering sectors
• Domain registry expertise and knowledge of Oracle or SQL Server databases
• A Bachelor degree (AQF Bachelor or higher) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field, or equivalent recognised experience
• Relevant industry certifications (e.g. Microsoft, ITIL, enterprise systems, project management, security)
