Jaytex Construction is delivering Flowe Bowden, a signature mass timber development in South Australia. As Project Manager you will lead a technically complex project with a strong, hands-on leadership team, ensuring delivery to time, cost, and quality while building key client relationships.

You will mentor project teams, work closely with Directors, and benefit from a clear pathway into a Senior Project Manager role within a privately owned, fast-moving business.

About the Role

As Project Manager, you'll take a leading role in delivering Flowe Bowden, working alongside an experienced and well-resourced project team.

This is an opportunity to lead a technically complex project incorporating:

• Mixed-use residential and commercial development
• Significant public profile within the South Australian construction industry

You’ll have the autonomy to lead your team while receiving ongoing support from the Directors and senior leadership.

What You'll Bring

We're looking for an experienced Project Manager who enjoys leading people, solving complex construction challenges and building strong client relationships.

Ideally you’ll have:

• Degree qualifications in Construction Management, Building, Quantity Surveying or similar
• Minimum 7 years' experience delivering commercial construction projects valued above $30 million
• Demonstrated experience delivering projects safely, on programme and within budget
• Strong leadership capability with experience developing and mentoring project teams
• Excellent client and stakeholder management skills
• Strong commercial acumen including contract administration and risk management
• Experience administering Australian Standard construction contracts
• Strong programming capability using Microsoft Project or P6
• Thorough understanding of the NCC, WHS legislation and Security of Payment legislation
• Experience with Procore, EstimateOne and HammerTech (advantageous)
