Reporting to the Practice Principals and General Manager, you'll play a pivotal part in the daily rhythm of the hospital—leading with empathy, acting with purpose, and working closely with a collaborative management team to keep operations running smoothly and teams feeling supported.
Lead the Floor – Oversee day-to-day workflows, manage the appointment diary, support team coordination, handle client concerns, and keep stock and supplies running like clockwork.
Empower Our People – Manage rosters, assist with recruitment, guide performance conversations, organise training, and celebrate wins.
Drive Change – Spot opportunities to streamline operations, lead improvement projects, and enhance both patient and staff experiences.
