JBS Australia is seeking an experienced Trim Management System (TMS) Manager for the Dinmore Plant. You will lead fabrication operations across conveyors, chutes, bins, blow lines and related equipment, ensuring safety, quality and efficiency.

You will coordinate welding, machining and stainless-steel fabrication and work with Production and Engineering to plan maintenance and improvements. This role reports to the Assistant Plant Manager and focuses on maintaining fabrication quality,

Qualifikationen

• Experience in the meat industry is essential.
• Leadership or supervisory experience is highly regarded.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and delegation skills.
• Knowledge of workplace health & safety and quality assurance.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure with a customer-focused approach.
• High attention to detail and ability to work at pace.
• Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment.

Aufgaben

• Lead and coordinate fabrication activities across the Trim Management System.
• Plan and deliver maintenance activities, shutdowns and upgrades.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and minor capital projects.
• Review technical drawings and documentation to ensure quality and compliance.
• Investigate root causes and implement corrective actions to improve reliability.
