Zusammenfassung

The United Nations Office at Vienna (UNOV) invites applications for an Accounting Assistant (Treasury) to support reconciliation of accounting transactions, create and maintain banking details in the UN ERP, and reconcile bank accounts in multiple currencies.

You will review bank statements against accounting reports, monitor open item payments, assist with data collection, analysis and presentation, and help prepare documentation for offices worldwide. English is the required working language.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3 years of accounting/finance experience; 1 year if holding a first-level degree.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Strong record-keeping and data reconciliation skills.

• Reconcile accounting transactions and monitor bank statements against reports.
• Create and maintain banking details in the UN ERP; reconcile multi-currency accounts.
• Assist in preparing documentation for offices worldwide and respond to staff queries.
