FERCAM Austria is looking for a Transport Manager to organise and control daily routes across Europe, acting as the interface to international partners and managing pricing outcomes.

You will leverage your purchasing and negotiation skills to expand partner networks and travel for relationship development. The role sits within a dynamic team and requires proactive leadership and independent work.

Tasks

What does a Transport Manager do?

• You organise and control the daily transport on your route. If there are difficulties, you will find solutions. You are the interface between our international partners and you control the price and yield of your transports.
• You will use your strengths in purchasing and sales negotiations with existing transport partners and expand our contacts by acquiring new partners. You will consolidate these relationships during business trips throughout Europe.
• Your team will support you in all your tasks. You will liaise with your department on an ongoing basis and together you will get the job done!
