Responsibilities

• Dispatch and route planning in regional general cargo transportation.
• Coordinating the drivers and liaising with internal departments.
• Recording consignment data and scheduling and releasing the routes.
• Monitoring transports as they run and coordinating collections.
• Making sure documents and delivery notes are handed over correctly.
• Handling complaints, delays or technical problems professionally.
• Actively helping to optimise workflows and processes.

We offer an attractive salary for this position that reflects your qualifications and experience (starting at EUR 2,738 gross per month). For legal reasons, we wish to point out that the position is classified as B I under the collective agreement for shipping companies.
