Qualifications

• Degree in Sales, Business, or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of B2B sales experience in the transport or mobility sector.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Fluent in German and English; other languages are a plus.
• Willing to travel frequently and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Drive Q8Truck growth across Austria and build market presence in commercial road transport.
• Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities; expand existing customer relationships.
• Negotiate pricing and discounts; manage partnerships for long-term value.
• Maintain CRM records, report results, and coordinate with internal teams.
