EFG International is seeking a Technology Procurement Specialist to manage end-to-end procurement across IT, Digital, and Information Security for the group. You will lead complex sourcing initiatives, advise stakeholders on strategy, and promote standardized processes aligned with governance and risk guidelines.

The role focuses on supplier selection, total cost of ownership, and cross-border collaboration while driving AI-enabled procurement practices in line with group standards.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
• Further education in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Finance or Technology disciplines preferred.

Aufgaben

• Lead end-to-end sourcing and negotiation for Technology categories (IT, Digital, Information Security) at group level.
• Manage full procurement lifecycle from needs identification to contract signature and PO creation.
• Define sourcing strategies with Technology stakeholders and recommend suppliers based on price, quality, delivery, and ethics.
• Use data analytics to assess spend, supplier performance, and market trends; support budget planning and savings tracking.
