Zusammenfassung

Fabasoft Group in Linz, Austria, seeks an experienced procurement leader to head our procurement team and advance our processes across the department. You’ll manage operational procurement end-to-end, request quotes, select suppliers, process orders, and handle invoices and complaints.

You will strengthen supplier relationships, conduct price and contract negotiations, and drive SAP S/4HANA digitalization and other optimization projects.

Qualifikationen

• Commercial training with several years in operational procurement.
• Experience in designing and optimizing procurement processes with SAP knowledge.
• Hands-on, solution-oriented; maintains overview with competing priorities.
• Leads by example and communicates clearly in challenging situations.
• Very good German and English skills.

Aufgaben

• Provide professional leadership to the procurement team and develop the department.
• Own operational procurement: quotes, supplier selection, orders, invoices, and complaints.
• Maintain and develop supplier relationships; conduct price and contract negotiations.
• Drive digitalization of procurement processes and SAP S/4HANA implementation.
• Participate in audits and ensure procurement aligns with quality standards.
