Aufgaben

• Build, lead, and continuously develop the Procurement & Strategic Sourcing function.
• Develop and implement a future-oriented procurement and sourcing strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Manage international suppliers and establish long-term supplier partnerships with a focus on quality, cost efficiency, and supply security.
• Establish and oversee outsourced manufacturing services, including selection and development of external manufacturing partners.
• Lead complex RFQs/RFPs and negotiations of prices, contracts, and framework agreements.
• Design and optimize modern procurement processes, KPI frameworks, and reporting structures to drive operational excellence.
