Starlinger & Co. GmbH in Weissenbach a.d. Triesting sucht eine/n Technische/n Redakteur/in (m/w/d) zur Erstellung und Pflege technischer Dokumentationen wie Bedien- und Montageanleitungen.

Sie arbeiten in einem internationalen Umfeld und bereiten Texte verständlich auf, auch für Übersetzungen. Sie verfügen über eine technische oder linguistische Ausbildung, gute Deutschkenntnisse, Erfahrung im Maschinenbau und Kenntnisse in XML-Editoren sowie 3D-CAD (SolidWorks Composer).

Qualifikationen

• Abgeschlossene technische oder linguistische Ausbildung im Technikumfeld.
• Ausgezeichnete Deutschkenntnisse in anspruchsvoller Textgestaltung.
• Erfahrung als technischer Redakteur, ideal im Maschinenbau.
• Kenntnisse in XML-basierten Redaktionstools von Vorteil.
• Grundkenntnisse in 3D-CAD (SolidWorks Composer oder ähnlich).
• Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise.

Aufgaben

• Erstellung/Pflege technischer Dokumentationen wie Bedien- und Montageanleitungen.
• Texte zielgruppengerecht formulieren, übersetzungsbereit aufbereiten.
• Technische Abbildungen aus verschiedenen Quellen erstellen/editieren.
• Eigenständige technische Recherchen in Abstimmung mit Fachabteilungen.
• Dokumentationsprozesse einhalten und Standards beachten.

Are you able to formulate complex technical contexts in a simple and understandable way? Then as a technical editor in our documentation department in Weissenbach a. d. Triesting, you have the opportunity to contribute your skills as an eloquent technical expert to a highly professional team and work with us to shape the future of our technical documentation.

That´s What Your Role Is All About

• You will create and maintain our standard-compliant technical documentation, such as operating and assembly instructions for our machines and systems.
• You will prepare the relevant texts for the target group in a way that is easy to understand, correct and suitable for translation.
• You will create and edit technical illustrations from various source formats.
• Your will carry out technical research independently in coordination with the specialist departments.
• By adhering to the documentation processes and the relevand standards and guidlines, you will make a significant contribution to ensuring that our documentation is up to date and correct all times.

You can utilise these skills

• Completed technical or linguistic training with an interest in technology, ideally a degree in technical drawing or technical writing.
• Impeccable german linguistic expression and the ability to formulate complex contexts in an understandable way.
• Experience as a technical editor in a mechanical engineering company, whereby knowledge of XML-based editing systems is an advantage.
• Knowledge of 3D-CAD applications (Solidoworks Composer or similar).
• Sound knowledge of MS Office.
• You have a high sense of responsibility and strong communication skills and your are reliable and goal-oriented.

For legal reasons, we would like to point out that the collective agreement minimum salary is Euro 2.947,89 gross/month. Based on qualifications and existing previous exeperience we will pay on market level.
