Zusammenfassung

OMICRON electronics GmbH is seeking a proactive professional to drive CRM development and improve related tools in Technical Support. You will gather requirements with process owners and IT, coordinate release testing, and develop automated tests to ensure data quality.

You will create documentation and training materials, develop Power BI reports, and monitor KPIs while contributing your process and IT expertise across projects. Occasional travel is expected.

Your role

• Drive the development and continuous improvement of CRM and other tools used in Technical Support, with CRM as the primary focus.
• As a member of the CRM Panel, gather and structure requirements and turn them into practical improvements together with process owners and IT.
• Evaluate new features and updates, coordinate release testing, and develop automated tests to ensure system stability and high data quality.
• Create documentation and training materials to support users and ensure effective use of our systems.
• Develop Power BI reports, monitor relevant KPIs, and contribute your process and system expertise to cross-functional projects.

• Relevant educational background or comparable professional experience in IT, business administration, process management, or a related field.
• Experience with business applications and an interest in working at the intersection of processes, data, and IT.
• Experience creating BI reports, ideally with Power BI.
• Good understanding of data structures, data analysis, and KPIs.
• Independent and structured way of working, combined with strong communication skills.
• Excellent English and willingness to travel occasionally.
