netcup is seeking a Technical Advisor – Training & Quality (m/f/d) to assist with internal inquiries and customer feedback in Graz, Austria. The role involves documenting quality processes, designing training courses using Moodle, and collaborating with internal teams.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge in web hosting, experience in training delivery, and proficiency in German and English. We offer flexible working hours and various employee benefits.

Technical Advisor – Training & Quality (m/f/d)

Location: Vienna, Graz, Klagenfurt, Karlsruhe, Remote – Full-time.

Responsibilities

• Process internal employee inquiries and quality‑related customer feedback.
• Document and prepare quality‑related aspects from work processes, internal feedback, and customer feedback.
• Collaborate with relevant internal interfaces on an inquiry basis.
• Prepare technical information for internal distribution to support and specialist departments.
• Design, plan, and conduct training courses (or follow‑up courses) using Moodle.
• Prepare and present training content, including creating and adapting training materials.
• Review learning progress and use practical examples to apply knowledge.

Qualifications

• Good technical knowledge in the areas of web hosting, domains, and vServer.
• Experience in designing and conducting technical training courses or workshops.
• Ability to convey technical content in a way that is tailored to the target audience, understandable, and practical.
• Experience with training or e‑learning tools (e.g., Moodle).
• Patient, structured, and quality‑oriented approach to work with a high degree of personal responsibility.
• Experience with Atlassian solutions (Jira, Confluence) is an advantage.
• Creativity and adaptability in the design and implementation of training content.
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills.
