Hb Fliesen sucht einen motivierten Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) im Bereich IT-Support für die Standorte Mauthausen oder Wien. Sie unterstützen bei der Installation und Wartung von IT-Hardware, bieten 1st Level Support und arbeiten an spannenden IT-Projekten.

Qualifikationen

• Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung oder erste praktische Erfahrung im IT-Sektor.
• Erfahrung mit Servern, Virtualisierung oder Softwareentwicklung von Vorteil.
• Basiswissen in Windows-Betriebssystemen und Office 365.

Aufgaben

• Unterstützung bei der Installation und Wartung von IT-Hardware.
• 1st Level User Support im Windows- und Office-Umfeld.
• Mitwirkung bei IT-Projekten und der Pflege technischer Dokumentationen.

Tasks that match your strengths

• Support with installation and maintenance of IT hardware and mobile devices
• Co-supervision of our internal IT support ticket system
• 1st level user support in the Windows and Office environment (remote & on-site)
• Collaboration in the maintenance of technical documentation
• Support with IT projects (e.g. relating to our "DIGI - the Butler" app)
• Co-design and further development of our IT solutions and internal processes

Qualifications that make you stand out

• Completed IT training (e.g. HTL, apprenticeship, technical college) or initial practical experience in the IT sector
• Interest in IT systems, networks and digital solutions
• Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems and Office 365
• Initial experience with servers, virtualisation or software development is an advantage
• You like to work independently, are curious and want to understand what you are doing - and why
• You have the confidence to contribute ideas, help shape things and think outside the box
• Enjoy communicating, reliability and team spirit
